EA Staff (Retired)PS4 north eastern USA. I was able to buy star card charges yesterday 3/14/23, but can't today 3/15/23 and it is an ongoing problem (still can't buy any).
It appears as if some star card charges and credits are missing as well.
Also, my "hands" have been altered. Last night, I had (20) "hands" and today I only have (19) and some of them are not what they were last night. ( I did not delete them or change them in any way).

@EL-pistileroNothing you can do it fix it right now. To sum it up quickly for you, there’s been an underlying problem with syncing game data since late 2021. It’s the reason the base command website won’t work with accounts made after that date. When EA made an update early yesterday it “unleashed” the problem fully and reset all save data to where it was in late 2021.
There’s nothing we can do to fix it we just have to wait for EA.
I’m Northwest USA, same thing on all 3 accounts; my main account and 2 sub accounts. Cannot purchase or unlock anything, credits missing, 1 sub account went from rank 100 back to 0 and lost all credits, it’s our newest sub so probably related to the date created why all progress was wiped. Would love it if EA could fix this issue, still have a blast playing this game 7-8 years on!
Xbox series X, southern Mexico, I have the same problem...I lost all my progress and can't buy anything, a message appears "purchase failed"...are we gonna have a solution? Thanks
Still occuring.. I live near Niagara Falls Canada.. my player Name is WRD RAIDER... lost almost 2 million credits, cannot purchase replenishments, and character changes occured. I've been an active player since 2017. My Previous Name was Alpha_Leg3nd.
Sorry PS4 is the console being used.
