@EL-pistileroNothing you can do it fix it right now. To sum it up quickly for you, there’s been an underlying problem with syncing game data since late 2021. It’s the reason the base command website won’t work with accounts made after that date. When EA made an update early yesterday it “unleashed” the problem fully and reset all save data to where it was in late 2021.
There’s nothing we can do to fix it we just have to wait for EA.

Looks I lost last 2 years progress. Can’t purchase anything from store despite Unlocked and credits available. Lost hands too.

I bought a game, that is unplayable, without the key feature of buying charges. This has been 2 weeks without any news. What is going on?
They sent me a email that didn’t reveal what the issue was and that they’d update me….no update thus far. Radio silence…nothing! What is going on?? Is this an attempt to move everyone away from this game and onto their newer releases?? Reading all the messages; this game clearly still has a large following.
Fingers crossed they’ll fix it soon and we’ll all be back blowing each other up again without the worry of not being able to top up our charges. 😄
3/26/2023. Still not able to purchase star card reloads. " Purchase Failed " pops up when purchasing. If EA cannot atleast reply with some feedback, I think we should all rethink doing business with EA going forward. Would be nice to get a heads-up on what's being done if anything? 2 weeks of reports and no response? Is it being fixed? Someone working on it? Star Wars Battlefront is a good game. It's a shame EA can't support it better and stop all the hacking and cheating ruining game play. I know it's an older game, but it's the best online game I've played.
