I have credits, but, for whatever reason, i get a "purchase failed" message every time i try to buy some star cards (shields, explosive shots, etc.) also look like a lot of my game credits are missing

I lost about 2 yrs worth of progress and even though I have credits, cant purchase anything in the store like star cards
Looks I lost last 2 years progress. Can’t purchase anything from store despite Unlocked and credits available. Lost hands too.

Today is 3/16 and I also can't buy star cards. Has EA made any announcement as to when they will fix?
I’m Northwest USA, same thing on all 3 accounts; my main account and 2 sub accounts. Cannot purchase or unlock anything, credits missing, 1 sub account went from rank 100 back to 0 and lost all credits, it’s our newest sub so probably related to the date created why all progress was wiped. Would love it if EA could fix this issue, still have a blast playing this game 7-8 years on!
I logged in earlier today and my account was completely deleted. Everything was reset.
Xbox series X, southern Mexico, I have the same problem...I lost all my progress and can't buy anything, a message appears "purchase failed"...are we gonna have a solution? Thanks
