Star Wars Battlefront Beta: Wont Launch, Saying Driver Issue
I was given an early access code for the Star Wars Battlefront Beta, however when I try to play I get the following error message:
Detected Intel driver version #1 9.18.13.5306 05/27/2015 00:00:00 #2 10.18.10.3947 09/16/2014 00:00:00 . The recommended driver version is xx.xx.14.4264 or later. Please update your drivers at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ before playing the game.
Do you want to try and run the game anyway? There may be stability, performance or visual corruption issues.
However, when I visited the Intel download center and ran the software, it says there are no new drivers available for my computer. I tried launching the game anyway, but it just crashes before it manages to launch.
Any advice please?
Thanks!

Fred, if you are going to answer please be knowledgeable. This error is happening on laptops wit h"discrete" grahpic cards, or two. I have the 970m, but also the Intel and I am getting this too
I was not wrong. Nvidia's mobile drivers often switch to Intel graphics, so the original poster was indeed attempting to run on Intel graphics, as I said. I'm very familiar with the Nvidia issue (it's one of the most commonly posted issues on this forum), but I didn't mention it because the original poster didn't post any hardware specs and I don't make any assumptions. The more detailed the question, the more accurate the answer.
There should be an option in the Nvidia control panel to select the "high performance Nvidia GPU".
