Next, please try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:

1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

Is anyone able to help me here? I have this game and it is unplayable. There is a reason it can't be played. Surely someone can tell me what that reason is and how I resolve it. 

Can someone from EA please respond with some sort of solution to this or please direct me to where I can get a refund. If you have no solution then I deserve to have my money refunded for this expensive game that does not work.

@Bobo420 Sorry that this got missed before. I don't see anything jumping out, so I'll suggest some common steps first. Try a Clean Reinstall of your graphics card drivers, in case there's a dud/damaged driver.

Can you also try a repair of the game? Right-clicking the game panel should give you the repair option. 

You mention it being a new PC, can I double check it's a completely new Windows 10 build or would it have been a PC on an earlier OS that just got upgraded?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Sorry, saw the "EA Admin" reply from Nils earlier and thought it must part of EA.

The PC is new machine with new windows 10.

The games HDD with Battlefront is from my old windows 10 PC (where the game was running perfectly). I moved the HDD to this new set up and directed Origin where to find the games.

Game crashed on launch so I deleted game and re-installed it. Game still crashed on launch so I tried doing repair game through Origin. I tried running game as admin. Tried running Origin as admin. Reinstalled Origin.

All other games (steam/battlenet) run fine (tho starwars battlefront is the only Origin game I have).

Try Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Download latest gpu driver from Nvidia. During gpu driver install, select custom install and uncheck 3D stuff (two); if you don't use it. Also check sound card and mobo drivers; search for latest drivers available.

So, did DDU clean and latest driver install, custom deselect of 3D options. Updated Sound card driver. Repaired game again. Still crashing on launch.

Again, everything else on my PC is running perfectly. It's just this game that has issues.

Anyone have any other ideas?
