Star Wars Battlefront empty lobby - cannot find any servers to play on.

I purchased Star Wars Battlefront and so far I haven't been able to play one single game, at all.

When I go into the game I have chosen every game type available but I either get thrown into an empty game or a game with 2-3 other people waiting for 26 other people to join.

I have waited a long time 20+ minutes but still no game has been played.

I have port forwarded for the pc version as per instructions https://help.ea.com/ca/article/online-ports-star-wars-battlefront/

but the same thing. still cannot find a game to play.

I even made sure I downloaded the DLC content. I have restarted my pc and router.

I have disabled my firewall then uninstalled it but still cannot find a game to join.

I have read other articles here with people having the same issue but no response from EA.

I expect to be contacted on how to resolve this issue.

    I have the same issue.

    I contacted EA web chat (the only way i could find to actually talk to someone) and they said the process to fix will disconnect us. So they sent me a lovely email full of great information that I followed to the letter and it did sweet f*#k all....

    I really would like a fix as I enjoyed this game up until there were no games to be found but a refund is looking more and more appealing because this is getting ridiculous. 

    I haven't been able to find a game with more than 2 or 3 people in it for a week.

    Alone in the lobby.

    I would like to add my voice to this undesirable situation.

    Since purchasing the game I have been unable to join a multiplayer match. I sit watching the search parameters dwindle down through the percentages until I receive: settling for an empty game. Followed by: No games available.

    Without multiplayer and all the unlocks that come with gaming in that mode, I am left with a very small amount of  content. The content is good, no problems there but so much is missing.

    I would like to know what is being done to address this situation.
