Star Wars corrupted data

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug During Chapter 4 randomly my Whole game quite out and when I restarted it and got to where the bug happened, the game closed and said my data was corrupted. After deleting and reinstalling the game, it then said my game was unreadable
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It was about middle way through chapter four, in the wookie cave after you fall through the floor
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m not sure why or how it happened. I’m just Very upset because I just started really getting into the game
What do you expect to see? I would just hope you guys would be willing to make this right

    Suddenly my game crashed after I had been caught and kidnaped in the caves of Zeffo and now it says my game save is corrupted, so the games asks me to start a new game.

    I´m really upset with this, I was getting really excited about the game, but now I´m disappointed.

    I also get a corrupted data screen. Right after getting to the first meditate spot on dathomir and start fighting the second group of night brothers on the top of the steps. I've reinstalled, rebuilt the database, reset factory settings, and now I've had to reinitialize my PS4 Pro again. Not fun.
