Star wars jedi fallen order playstation 4 shuts down at cutscene
Shuts down at custscene where he falls asleep and meets his master. Playstation is not over heating. I just bought and installed the game. Please help

I did that. Its not working

Try booting in Safe Mode and then choose the option to Rebuild Database.
