Hey @Lordoraan, 

Thanks for the info.

Can you try to install the Media Feature Pack from Microsoft to see if that solves the issue? It seems like this was a solution in the past for these kinds of errors, but more common on Windows 10. I wonder if it'll also work on Windows 11.

You can download it from here. 

Step by step:

  • Download & install the latest version
  • Reboot PC
  • Open the EA app again & repair the game
  • See if you can launch the game without error

    Media Pack is only for N editions of Windows. My version already has it.

      @Lordoraan, that is correct, however it has worked for others in the past to still install this Media Pack, which solved the issue for them. Have you tried to install it? Or did it not let you install it?

        I would not even find it in the apps. Is there a direct link for a KB for Windows 11N
