Media Pack is only for N editions of Windows. My version already has it.

I would not even find it in the apps. Is there a direct link for a KB for Windows 11N

@Lordoraan, what do you mean exactly? Are you unable to download the program that I linked in one of my previous posts? - Lordoraan4 years agoNew Rookie
I could not fine a direct download for Windows11 N. I treid downloading and running Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1903_V1 but it did not work.

@Lordoraan, what did not work? Was it not able to install itself, or were you able to install it but didn't it solve the issue for you? - Lordoraan4 years agoNew Rookie
See attached image. I tried to install the Windows_mediaFeaturePack_x64_1903_V1 and it gave me an error. Also, please see attached PC spec.

Also attached is my DXDiag file.
- Lordoraan4 years agoNew Rookie@EA_Leeuw OK. So I installed DirectX 9C and I do not get an error anymore. By the way, I uninstalled Fallen Order and installed The Force Unleashed instead. When I run the game, I get to the Prompt screen that sets resolution, movement, and combat, but when I click on play nothing happens.

@Lordoraan, sorry, please don't mention two different games in your thread where you're experiencing issues with. This thread is for SW:JFO, changing the subject makes the thread very confusing.
So you now installed DirectX 9 and SW:JFO works again on your PC? - Lordoraan4 years agoNew Rookie
Sorry for that. I removed Jedi Fallen Order and installed Star Wars The Force Unleashed instead. The Force Unleashed game was giving me the same error as Jedi Fallen Order. I notced in the system requirement that The forced Unleashed game required DirectX9C, which I then installed. I not do not get an error, but when I run the game, the play screen disapperas and nothing happens or launches.

Thus far, I have tried the following:
- Clearing Cache/Rebooting
- Clean Boot
- Uninstalling Origin/Re-installing
- Uninstalling Star Wars-The Force Unleashed/Re-intalled
- Disabling Origin In Game/Rebooting
- Disabling Firewall and Anti-Virus
- Updated All Drivers
- Installed all Windows Updates
- Created another Windows user with admin rights
- Performed a Game Repair
- Run game as admin
At this point, I just do not think my problem can be resolved. Can I get a reimbursement on the game I purchased? Star Wars-The Force unleashed? Also, I will probably have to cancel my EA membership due to the fact that I cannot play any games.
Thank you for all of you help.

@Lordoraan, I am sorry to hear that the troubleshooting didn't work for you. It's very likely that there's something installed or configured on your PC that's now causing all these issues, which is unfortunate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with refund requests here via the forums.
