STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order will not launch on Windows11...

i attached my DXDiag report. I have a total gaming PC and went through ALL of the troubleshooting steps with no change. I'm using the EA App (beta) and running my game within that environment. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for that. I removed Jedi Fallen Order and installed Star Wars The Force Unleashed instead. The Force Unleashed game was giving me the same error as Jedi Fallen Order. I notced in the system requirement that The forced Unleashed game required DirectX9C, which I then installed. I not do not get an error, but when I run the game, the play screen disapperas and nothing happens or launches.

Thus far, I have tried the following:

    - Clearing Cache/Rebooting

    - Clean Boot

    - Uninstalling Origin/Re-installing

    - Uninstalling Star Wars-The Force Unleashed/Re-intalled

    - Disabling Origin In Game/Rebooting

    - Disabling Firewall and Anti-Virus

    - Updated All Drivers

    - Installed all Windows Updates

    - Created another Windows user with admin rights

    - Performed a Game Repair

    - Run game as admin

At this point, I just do not think my problem can be resolved. Can I get a reimbursement on the game I purchased? Star Wars-The Force unleashed? Also, I will probably have to cancel my EA membership due to the fact that I cannot play any games.

Thank you for all of you help.

@Lordoraan, I am sorry to hear that the troubleshooting didn't work for you. It's very likely that there's something installed or configured on your PC that's now causing all these issues, which is unfortunate.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with refund requests here via the forums. If you would like to see if your purchase it eligible for a refund, please get in touch with the retailer where you made this purchase. If this war Origin / EA app, you can contact our EA Support team via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.

    Thanks.

Same here game not running on windows 11 and have a new gaming pc everything updated

  • I am having the same problem: I click "Play" Steam says "Launching..." then EA Launcher pops some small screen that says "Preparing Game..." with an indeterminate progress bar. It stays on my screen for about 10 seconds, while the "Launching..." in steam is shown for 3 seconds then returns to "Play".

My game would launch, and I could play it, when it was the origin launcher. So I had a save point. Once the launcher switched to EA the game would just crash about 3 seconds into playing. Non-progression bug. After an update to the launcher, the game plain just doesn't start. I was only able to play for 5 hours before these shenanigans.
