    @JAYdotTEEdot To confirm do you have anything else connected via USB aside from the M&K? If not can you try to repair Easy Anti-cheat?

I'll confirm it's fixed the problem

Install Visual Studio 2013 (VC++ 12.0)
version : 12.0.40664.0

+1, Thanks @UnidenHU,  Visual Studio 2013 (VC++ 12.0) x64 solves the problem without deleting the certificates folder

    Same issue here, error 0x000007b and I can see untrusted system file msvcr120.dll error, tried all mentioned here - run as admin, install c++ remove certificates, didn't work, am I missing something?
