Star Wars: Squadrons always crashing when loading

I can't play with the game, because when it's loading suddenly closing the program without any error message. I'm able to watch the prologue video and allowed me to be in the hangar, but then if I want to do anything it's crashing. The same problem is true for the multiplayer part of the game. What can be the reason of this? I tried a lot of things to solve it, but nothing have changed.

I have also a problem after I downloaded the game, there was an error message when I want to start the game, saying that 0XC0000142 error, untrusted system file mscvr120.dll. I tried a dozen a things and one of them helped to solve this issue: I deleted the EasyAntiCheat Certificates folder. I don't know if this two issue are related somehow or not.
