What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I was trying to connect. But I can’t click on anything but close. And when I click on close the error pops up.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. On my home screen it said reconnect. When I click on it it shows me where I can log in in my EA account. But I can’t click on anything. So I can’t fill in my Email of my Password to go online. I can only click on close.

I can’t play online because I can’t log in into my EA account in the game. Every time when I try to reconnect I can’t click on anything.

So I can’t dill in my Email of my Password. I can only click in close. And when I click on close the eror pops up.
