What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't let me play my new online multiplayer game online with multi players.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play online with other players, as it's an online multiplayer game. If it were something that was my own fault, then fine, but it's not. This is clearly something wrong at your end. So, YOU fix it!

Hi my name is Jacob I Pre-Ordered Star wars Squadrons and when i booted up the game at the correct release time and date i was greeted with a msg that my account has been restricted from accesing online features. I have no previous bans or warning from any EA title or other owned game. im using a gtx 1660, with a ryzen 3 3300x and 16gb of ram. i have no previous bans from ea titles this includes warnings or suspensions i have none, so please have this fixed asap

EA Origin is also showing the game greyed out, while I have purchased it via Steam. Unlike other Steam purchased games, there are no options to chose from when viewing the title through Origin.

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I booted up the game and got a message that my account is restricted. Not sure how that's possible as the game came out today and I've never been able to log on and never got any kind of restriction or ban message.

Same thing has been happening to me man. What a bummer. Figured something would be going on within the first hour of me playing, but still a huge bummer for the community on start up.....nothing to hype up to the friends about yet....come on EA.

I have the same problem, I've tried everything to fix it.

So yea I have no idea why I would be banned last time I launched a game was about a year ago and it was battle front 2 and I haven't even spoken a word in it can anyone help does it have anything to do with me using steam as the platform or anything? also kinda sucks waiting over 3 months after the preorder and not getting to play multi player.
