Story Mode freezes PlayStation

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. At completion of mission, returning to hangar for landing, loading screen starts and mission ending does not load. Stuck in loading. Closed game and returned to mission from last check point, mission ending completed successfully. Mission 6, attempted to load from last check point, objective to return to hanger and mission final transmissions, unable to move or control tie. All controls not responding. Unable to regroup with hanger.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Mission 4 when Vanguard returning to hanger. Mission 6 when titan interceptor returns to hanger.

How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? Loaded icon in right lower corner continues to indicate saving/loading next part. Does not load.
What do you expect to see? Mission ending, landing in hanger, receiving mission record and stats.
Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." Mission 4, Y-wing; mission 6 tie interceptor
What components were you using? Standard mission components. No changes to default configuration
Which customizations (if any) were you using? Preorder items for both ship and pilot, no hull stickers.

Currently can not progress past mission 6 on playstation. Have not attempted after full system restart yet.
