Stuck on Ilum, cannot reach climbable wall on the outside of temple

Summarize your bug On Ilum, the platform below the climbing area on the outside of the temple is missing. Cannot reach the climbable area. I have played through the game twice now to this point and have not been able to continue. I've tried going back to the Mantis and saving and restarting several times. Cannot try traveling to another planet and returning, there is not an option to activate the holo table to navigate anywhere else.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the first trip to Dathomir where you break the crystal in your lightsaber. Return to the ship after Mirrin releases the undead and you automatically go to Illum. Collect the crate to the right and then head to the temple. Missing the rocks below the area where you are supposed to climb the outside of the temple.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot reach the climbable area to get inside the temple.
What do you expect to see? Video guides show a platform of rocks below the climbable area, which I do not have.
