Stuck on Pipe - Imperial Refinery - Kashyyyk - PC

When trying to get the 2nd secret on Imperial Refinery I can jump onto the pipe to climb over to the platform where the fans are but cannot get off the pipe. I can't get off if I go back to where I started or even jump into the area.

I have to quit to the menu and reload my last save. I've restarted the game but it keeps happening.
