SW Battlefront: Turn off Head Bob?

Is there a way to turn off head bob in Star Wars Battlefront?

Thanks to anyone who responds.

  • I'm sorry to hear it was giving you some motion sickness in game, @Nihil501 We're not aware of any additional plans to update content for Star Wars Battlefront right now. I recommend going to 3rd person view if the 1st person head bobbing is causing any nauseating effects.

Please add this.  I can't play the game because of head bobbing.  I just got it and played 30m and now I have been 3 hours being ill from video game sickness.

Still no deactivation option for Head- and Gun- Bob, but when you type "Star Wars Battlefront Mo.." into the Google serach, the term "Motionsickness" is the third suggested option for autocomplete.

Please EA look into this, there are lots of postings and Reddit threads on this and Battlefront is used as an example in articles about nausea related to digital content!

I suffer after 15 Minutes into the gameplay and have to turn away from the screen for at least half an hour. And this is much more common as you seem aware of !

Other DICE games have similar issues, my guess is the camera model is to dynamic (multiple different moving angles at once, like player movement, camera movement, head bobing, gun bobing, shaking).

I guess this way there is some risk of loosing all initial customers prone to seasickness and alike, as buyers for the Death Star and Rouge One DLC (and thats roughly 10% of any group) because they know the will not get any fun out of it.

  • Agreed been waiting soooooo long for this game and motion sickness is awful. 70 quid wasted if i cant play
