Target indicators not attached to targets while playing in VR.

Playing fine for two months and suddenly, yesterday I get this same issue, it's horrible. I have tried everything, uninstalled steam, uninstalled SW:S (twice), Windows 10 is up to date, SW:S is fully up to date (4.1?). The only common denominator with people complaining about this (ever) seems to be SteamVR. I've tried all the rain dances people speak of and rebooted 100 times. Please make my targeting work again!
