Text Chat Not Working in PVP

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I am in the briefing room of Dogfight or Fleet Battle Vs AI. It happens also inside when a PVP match has started.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Whenever I try to use Text Chat for PVP.

What do you expect to see? I press the Y Key for my Keyboard, then I can text chat with my team mates in PVP.

Hi devs, I have encountered a bug for PVP. I cannot use Text chat sometimes for a whole PVP match. I can use Voice Chat though. Please look into this and fix, it happens quite often for all Game modes that I have tried, mainly Dogfight PVP and Fleet Battle Vs AI.
