Throttle Decrease when bound to Mouse Scroll Down doesn't work

@Rhifox i have a similair issue as well. i use the logitech x-56 hotas, i can bind the throttle up corectly and it will show slider 1, when i try and bind the throttle to decrease it wont correctly recognize it and will instead remap it as x-axis left/right
