TM Warthog stick button 11 causes the game to pause
This just started so I must have done something wrong but can't figure it out. I assigned the lower right 4 way on my stick to shield/eng/weap/balance. Increase engine is assigned to the up button....
Button 11 is default for menu/pause (as it's second function, holding it recenters the VR Headset). Did you check if it's still bound in any of the menu options (not the flight ones)?
