Transfer game progress from PC to XBOX Console

I’ve been playing Jedi Survivor for a month using my PC with XBOX GamePass, now i’m buying the XBOX Series X just to have a cross platform progression. However, after i finish download the Jedi Survivor on my XBOX, i found that there is no game save was stored on my account to continue progress. 
Wondering if EA has any solution for this?

    Hello @Logimon23,

    unfortunately, Jedi Survivor does not have cross progression, so it's not possible to transfer progress between platforms.
