Triangle Button Bug

I am having a problem in the game, ever since in the beta. Whenever i am a trooper or a hero, the triangle button will sometimes activates by itself resulting to unwanted activation of charge attack on heroes and star card skill on my character. I tried to change my controller but still same result. please reply to me. i really love the game.

@Orlando1827 Huh, that is quite odd. Can you try a full restart to clear your cache and check again?

Hold the button until it beeps and shuts down, then check again after the restart.

@EA_David Unfortunately that did not work. Tried it 5 times and didn't work. Any more options?
