Thanks for the prompt reply. I have tried what you suggested step-by-step but still it did not work. I also uninstalled and re-installed the game while in clean boot... but kept getting same results ☹️ Is there another solution please? Is there any possibility of a fix of some sort on this issue?
@bezdaniel I suspect your issue is unique, I haven't seen it elsewhere.
Can you try a clean reinstall of your drivers for the GTX 770?

I have tried this as well, but still the same problem persists. I suspect this is a bug in the game. Is there any possible fix or patch in the future that at least I can look forward to if there is no other solution? I paid money like everyone else for this game, tried everything, and still it does not function properly. And frankly I still want to play it.

This issue is not unique, there are other reports and I am suffering from this too. I purchased the game a couple days ago after successfuly playing the Beta, yesterday it was my first game after the purchase and reinstall (I uninstalled after Beta) and I get this. I can't see any objective at all or any markers in the map.

i have posted this as well. i have reinstalled game done origin repair changed browsers reinstalled origin still no luck updated all drivers i am not going to reinstall windows as have looked at other reports and that done no good mine was fine then one day playing the game one game stopped all running fine the next game lost all team tags mini map hud detection and objectives. i am running windows 10 64 bit a nvidia 580 gtx and a 12 core intel 3930k cpu 16 gig of ram asus p9x79 pro motherboard samsung 256 ssd pro drive battle front loaded onto the k drive which is a 1tb wd drive and mc affe anti virus. the bit that get me it happen between games

so today got fed up and i uninstalled all the ea games on my pc then origin then anything to do with origin eg punk buster battlefield plug in's then went through my hard drive and deleted any thing that had ea or origin in any of the windows folders. i then reinstalled origin on my c drive and then let it reinstall battle front on same drive as before it was on my k drive and for the moment at least it all seems to be working as it did when i first got the game so i am happy

Hi EA,
This is definitely not unique as this is also happening to me. The game has ran perfectly since day 1 up until I noticed this a few days ago. I have right mouse clicked and hit the Repair button, re-booted my system and nothing has changed. I am using an Alienware X51 gaming PC with the following spec:
Platform: PC
GPU: GTX 670
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @3.40GHz
MEM: 16GB RAM
Driver Version: 361.43
OS: Windows 10 Home
I have updated the graphics card as well as the repair of Star Wars. Other people are reporting the same issue in-game so appears to be a common problem. Please help as its placing us at a big disadvantage and ruining the game. Thanks in advance.
- 10 years agoIf anyone finds any possible solution for this type of bug please comment as I wish to fix it as soon as possible as it doesn't seem we're getting any help from EA's side :/

Hi bezdaniel,
I agree, we are on our own with this, EA don't seem bothered to even respond. I figured out a solution, see full description below but basically you need to uninstall all EA games and then uninstall the Origin app, do a reboot and the reinstall Origin and Star Wars. It worked for me and think it will probably do the same for you. Just make sure you do a proper uninstall, right mouse click on the Origin app etc. and then Control Panel to uninstall the Origin app. Good luck buddy.
