unable to access account

I need help regaining acess to my old account as i was on nintendo switch but i forgot my password and my mum deleted the old email that i was using for that account so now when i try to change password it sends a verification code to the deleted email adress and i cant get the verification code is there any way for someone to help with this issue as my account has a lot of cosmetics and progress on apex
