Unable to update game. Stuck at 99%.

Hello.

I have Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order on Steam, and it prompts me to update the game via Origin. The update went as normal, but when it reaches 99%, or 477.12 MB/ 478.24 MB, it gets stuck there for a few minutes, before giving me an error message.

Error message:

Origin is not able to download STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order™ to EAPatch error: The semaphore timeout period has expired. 0x00002003: File write failure D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Content\Paks\pakchunk13-WindowsNoEditor.pak_DiP_STAGED.eaPatchTemp [Class: 3 SysErr: 121 ErrId: 8195] at (:0) Ctx: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Content\Paks\pakchunk13-WindowsNoEditor.pak_DiP_STAGED.eaPatchTemp.

Please check that the location is available or cancel and restart the download to another location.

Methods I have used:

Re-installing Origin.

Running Origin as administrator.

Disabling antivirus.

Any help would be appreciated.
