[UNDER INVESTIGATION] Stats Reset After Update

Since the new update a few days ago, I have the correct stats show on my Battlefront companion app, but I connect on the PS4 and it acts like I'm a brand new user with my rank, stats, and credits all at zero!! (on rank 8 now with at least 1500 credits) - Help!! Any suggestions or fixes? Already tried restarting and that didn't help.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm that we are currently investigating this issue. As soon as we have more information available, we will update this thread.

    In the meantime, can you all please unplug your router and console from the power for about two minutes and restart? I would like to double-check that this is not a sync issue. And, are you all on Xbox?

    I checked last night at about 7pm (UK time, Xboxone). It took a "long time" to sync, but it eventually did something and i could get into the menus. My guns, star cards, level etc were still gone-now at zero. 

    I then looked on the website and they were gone there too. I played a bit of fallout 4, then went back to it about an hour later. Game synced up a lot quicker, and level, guns, star cards were all back. 

    I didnt reset my router or unplug my xbox or anything. 

    I dont know if it is significant, but I played no games whilst my guns, star cards, level etc were un-synced at zero. I just looked at the zero in the menus and then switched the game off. I know that not playing in the un-synced state has helped with games like COD and gears of war when issues like this have come up in the past.
