You might have better luck locking the FPS in the Nvidia Control Panel under Manage 3D Settings, Program Settings - Jedi Fallen Order. Make sure you have Vertical Sync set as ON and set Max Frame Rate accordingly.

Thanks for the reply. I tried your solution but i'm sorry to say that this didn't resolve the issue.
Also with the V-sync turned on and the max frame rate at 60FPS the game is crashing and the same error message is shown.

No i'm runing the original setup and i have a regular 2060 not a OC version or something.
Also tried running in Debug mode in the Nvidia control panel with the same results.
Even when i play at a lower resolution and the setting on low it still happens
