URGENT | Need help

I need an EA email to report a big issue, but when i started searching for EA email, for some reason we don't have any EA email available on the internet.
Shouldn't a company who works with people have an support email for clients to report any issue and not a forum  where we all know that if your problem is something that affects him directly on gameplay they will never answer?
