@lucaswright123They have seen the problem and submitted a fix for it. Crying in the comments won't speed it up, and neither will "shame" when they are trying to help you. They have no obligation to fix this issue, as a couple hundred out of hundreds of thousands, or even millions of players have encountered the bug. They obviously didn't intend for this to happen, so don't act as if everyone doesn't make mistakes. Not to mention they were likely forced to meet a deadline with Christmas and the new movie coming up. Of course we all want it fixed, I've been stuck for about a week now, but "shaming" the only people who can (and have been trying to) help us isn't the smartest idea.

my dear, I do not cry. I'm just very angry. I paid for a game not broken. I paid for a game that could be finished. even a consumer who cannot complete the game for a bug is a problem for developers. they therefore have the duty (not the choice) to solve a problem. I don't beg that they fix the bug. I demand it because I paid.

    @l_ALE_l And you deserve a game that works and can be finished. But you (and me) have to understand they can't fix everything overnight. If it never gets fixed then everything you said is true. But we've been told a fix is on the way, so there is no reason to continue verbally bashing them, because the employees reading your comments aren't the same ones who sold you a broken game.

    my dear man I continue because all this waiting time is unacceptable. just as such a bug is intolerable. we all forget that we are consumers. we all forget that we paid for a working product. We forget that more than a week has passed. we forget that as consumers we have rights. I bought the game. they gave me nothing for free. I don't want to argue with anyone, I just want to be respected as a consumer

    Looks like a patch is on the way! The accepted solution on this thread was edited to include a link to the next patch, out today on PC and shortly on console!!

     HoWever There is an official statement. It talea very little to remedy. Alredy informing customers is a first step. They talk about an imminent pach. We wait and hope to get back to this fantastic game as soon as possible.

    @KennyH44 Just because 100+ people have posted about it on this thread doesn't mean they're the only people who have encountered the bug. Chances are, there are thousands but not everyone would come on and report it so don't assume that

    @lucaswright123 The point remains the same. No one is perfect, but yet they are still working to fix their mistakes and don't deserve to be harassed. Complained to? Absolutely. But some people are going to far with their comments. Especially since we have been informed that a patch is set to release that should fix this issue.

    @KennyH44 Hope it fixes the issue, The notes don't seem to mention a white screen.
