Digital-as mentioned I had uninstalled and then reinstalled as well because I was getting the ce34878-0 error too so I figured it might have come from just a bad install.
Hmm...I guess my go-to step would be to rebuild the database, then.

Interesting idea, why would that potentially solve it? I ask simply because I don't know the nature of the problem and the function of rebuilding the database.
I would rather not complicate something that isn't otherwise broken :P- Anonymous10 years ago
It's not anything that will destroy your system. Rebuilding your database means it scans all the files and data you have and replaces what it can with a newer version. The link should describe it as: "Scans the drive and creates a new database of all content. This operation may take a long time depending on the type and number of data items."
So if there's a faulty piece of data causing the problem, this could fix it. I personally rebuild my database as step 1 for most of my PS4 game issues and so far I haven't noticed any side effects.- Anonymous10 years ago
Oh, nice, I will give it a shot. Maybe it is this since I really cannot find anyone else that is having this issue :/
Just wanna play Star Wars, the struggle is real lol.
