Yes I'm having the same exact problem... mine are a little more intense; large blocks all over the screen if im facing in a certain direction; even the main menu displays these artifacts.. its really annoying. Digital version - deleted, reinstalled, nothing.
This is getting really annoying. I have tried uninstalling the digital version out of the PS4 library entirely and that does seem to be possible even. I bought a hard copy of the game to see if that makes a difference but I think somehow its still picking up on the old digital permission and now I am stuck in the Vader installation game with the same white bars. To make matters worse I got an EA support rep on chat after 30 minutes and this was all I got for help:

Check if the player is connecting with wireless connection, if they are, follow the steps in this article before proceeding. [S]

WTF is that?! That is the troubleshooter you send users who are having issues with the game?! 99% of that is not even relevant to the issues I described. Come on EA, youre killing me here. Please help.
Also, what kind of TV do you have?
