They're doing quite a lot of work that didn't have to happen for previous games. Supporting VR over 3 different software platforms, PSVR, SteamVR, Oculus, is new and not easy. They also support mouse + gamepad + HOTAS which are all re-bindable, and which all need different input post-processing. Then there's cross-play between all 3 platforms. As long as they're fixing them bugs I'm fine.
