I use GeForce experience, and installed the most recent driver for my GTX860m. Currently if I go on to GeForce experience it tells me that I have the most recent driver.

You can use Driver Display Uninstaller (DDU) to remove any previous driver files from your pc http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
and then download from nvidia windows 10 compatible gpu drivers and install.
Or select advanced installation from nvidia driver and check box "clean install".
