Xbox Ice Caves Secret Bug

Summarize your bug I have gotten every chest and secret on every map. The map summery says I am missing the secret on ice caves map. I am fairly certain the secret on this map is the stim container. I have fully explored the map and found everything. I have fully explored all maps and all stims (have the achivements). So unless secret isn't the stim. My game is bugged and it won't trigger.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reproduce the bug? I am not sure how it happened. I just know I can not trigger the achievement.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not recognize I have the secret in Ice Caves
What do you expect to see? I would love it to recognize I have all secrets and the achievement to pop.
