Xbox One laggy/jerky movement

Hi all,

I bought the game a few days ago and so far on every map I've played I've experienced weird laggy/jerky movement. It happens all the time, but is most noticeable when running - for every, say, three steps that my soldier runs, he is momentarily 'pushed back' or slowed considerably. It's incredibly frustrating and is making the game unplayable.

My connection appears to be otherwise perfect in the game, with other players not exhibiting any strange behaviour, and my blaster shots always hit (or more often than not, miss) their target in a way that makes sense. My connection bar is full, my NAT is open, and I've tested my Xbox Live multiplayer connection and it's perfect. All other online games I play (Rainbow Six: Siege, PvZ2, Evolve, Payday 2) work perfectly.

The only thing I've tried so far to remedy the issue is port forwarding, but that hasn't worked. Given the fact that my connection shows no other issues, I'm wondering if this even is connection-related. But at the same time, I can't think of anything else that would be causing my character to move in such a jerky, inconsistent way.

Thanks in advance for any help.

@combat_honey Hmm, that is certainly odd. If you play some offline content I take it that your movement works without issue? If you have a disc version can you try a quick reinstall of the content?

    Thanks.

Wouldn't hold too much hope on this being fixed......I've put numerous comments on this feedback portal and like yours responded to many more too.

I've had game since day 1 and took out the season pass, from what I've experienced it was more than fine before the DLC content and the the lag / stutter / * began.

I've had a static IP installed by my Internet supplier just 4 xbox, Had my NAT Type opened, messed with selecting servers rather than automatic, checked my xbox online multilayer connection which always states good and no other game other than Dice Servers glitch.

Downloaded the beta Battlefield 1 and that stutters the same, as does my Battlefield hardline......any other game I possess online plays superb.

As I said I've challenged this for months but NOT 1 response from EA, either confirming the issue or offering other advice to fix locally........fantastic customer service.

Just tried again 2day and doing the same.....each time I log on here someone is complaining about the stutter. Can't be coincidence!!
