Xbox One Uses same save for multiple Xbox Profiles
I currently have more then one user account on my Xbox One S console. The issue is that Jedi Fallen order is using the same save for both accounts, making progression impossible. Need help please.

Same issue: my two sons just had one of their save files overwrite the other. Perrin716 save file overwrote Magar12. so Magar12 lost his progress. Magar12 was on Zeffo and Perrin716 was on kashyyk. Now when Magar12 loads/continues it loads to Kashyyk at Perrin716 save point. please advise.

Here is what I did get multiple saves to work.
I noticed that when I ran Jedi Fallen Order, it would default to the last user account that used it, that's why I had their save, I simply pressed Y at the title screen, selected my username, the continue game option went away and I started a new game, with the other saves intact. I checked both saves to be sure. Hope this helps.
p.s. Not sure why the game doesn't do it for you.
