    Unfortunately, we are at the moment not able to assist with orders that have been made via Amazon. If you have not received your Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes from Amazon, and you think that you're eligible for this, please reach out to Amazon support to get assistance with this issue, as they are the ones who are distributing the codes.

I pre-ordered this game from the EA store on Amazon in December. I got the disk, but no pre-order code in it, and no pre-order code via email. Amazon has no support whatsoever. EA only allows me to check the Answers HQ. How were others able to reach out to EA directly?

    My deluxe edition content on disc ps5 is not working.  Says already used and it never worked and I don’t have the content.  What should I do?
