Bedlam Raider Veteran attack unable to escape/always fatal

@SausageFezt So here's the weird thing, I started new game+ and now I can escape the grab. The button shows up on screen (I learned my lesson and disabled automatically succeed QTEs), I mash the dodge button, and Cal escapes. Also, the single tap (instead of hold button) pull option also works now (which didn't work before). It seems the controls were bugged in regular new game, but it new game+ the controls now work properly.
