Cal stuck on Sepulcher Pass

Summarize your bug After doing the quest where Merrin helps you escape the big machine and TIE Fighters using her portal technology, I walked back on Timeworn Bridge, becasue I saw that there were some areas that I hadn't explored before. I am now stuck in Sepulcher Pass and that area below the bridge and there is no way to get back up again, since the segment where Merrin helps you out with her portals is already played.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the quest where Merrin helps you escape the big machine and TIE Fighters using her portal technilogy, and then go back over the Timeworn Bridge down to the Sanctuary Temple.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am stuck in this part of the map and I cannot do anything to get back up again and continue playing the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to at least being able to fast travel to a different meditation point, because I'm currently stuck here now with 30 hours played.
@Nairy Could you please post a screenshot of Cal's surroundings? It looks like he's standing right on top of a meditation point, but I'm not sure from your description whether you can't reach that point or can reach it but fast travel is blocked. Also, how did you access the current location, and what's stopping you from backtracking?
