"Camera Follow Lock" and "Camera Auto Adjust"

Summarize your bug The accessibility options "Camera Follow Lock" and "Camera Auto Adjust" do not seem to have any impact on the camera.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the accessibility options "Camera Follow Lock" and "Camera Auto Adjust".
What happens when the bug occurs? No impact on the camera function.
What do you expect to see? Camera following Cal or quickly moving back behind him with minimal need to manually control the camera with the R-stick.

The accessibility options "Camera Follow Lock" and "Camera Auto Adjust" do not seem to have any impact on the camera. I have tried every "Camera Follow Lock" value from 0 to 100% and every "Camera Auto Adjust" setting (Immediate, Shortened, Default, Extended and Never) without any noticeable difference. I have tried making changes to the settings, then closing the game, and restarting; also with no effect.
