Your DxDiag shows that your system drive (C:) has only 21.7 GB free, which might be too low for stable performance. I suggest that you try making some space by uninstalling unnecessary programs and moving files to another drive.
Apart from that, you can also try:
- Clean install your GPU Drivers
- Disable overlays from Steam/EA app/Discord
- Lower in-game settings
- Clean Boot
