Crashes while playing

Got this game on sale, and have loved what little I've played so far, but now I can't progress any due to memory crash, attached dxdiag and know hardware I should be good, have shut off wallpaper engine and other non needed apps and helped in some area, but this one i get to one spot then crashes. Any help would be appreciated
