The biggest issue I face is the recurring game crashes, which have been present from the very beginning and greatly hinder a seamless experience. These are not isolated incidents—the errors continue to persist and are clearly not related to my console (PS4) or network issues, which are occasionally blamed. Moreover, when I sought assistance on the forum, I was given suggestions such as referencing the PS Network, replacing the disc, or rebuilding the database, none of which have proven effective in resolving the problem.
This approach is extremely disheartening, particularly for a loyal player. Instead of providing genuine and meaningful solutions, the responsibility for the errors is often shifted to other platforms or the user, further increasing frustration. I feel this attitude does not align with the expectations we have for a reputable publisher like EA.
I kindly request the development team to pay greater attention to addressing these problems and provide more consistent updates that truly improve the game’s stability. Furthermore, I believe that communication with players needs to be improved so that the community feels heard and valued for their feedback.
