EA will do what EA does

How have they blatantly ignored so many bugs on this game. The biggest seams to be the focus button not working. I have remapped the button, set it back to regular, restarted the game, my ps5. Nothing works. And there is no answer from devs. And this game seems to popular even now. It’s truly sad.
