    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for the reports.

    It's unfortunate to hear that some of you are getting the "Your Game Failed to Launch" error in the EA app when trying to launch the game via either the EA app - or if you have bought the game via Steam/Epic-, via Steam/Epic.

    We have some troubleshooting steps that can help you in this situation:

    • Check for GPU driver updates
    • Disable video card overlays (think of GeForce Experience)
    • Repair the game in the EA app or Steam/Epic
      • If you've bought the game via Steam, verify the game files like this.
      • If you've bought the game via Epic, verify the game files like this
      • If you've bought the game via the EA app, repair it like this:

    • Repair EA app (Options > Help > App Recovery)
    • Reinstall EA app
