Fast travel not working after fight with dagan gera

@NinjaStampy  Is fast travel still disabled after you've returned to the cantina and talked with various characters there?  What about after quitting and restarting the game?  I can't remember how far I had to progress to unlock fast travel again, which was supposed to be disabled post-fight because the game wants you to take the new path and learn some skills, but it should unlock again eventually.
