Game freezes when on the flash back due to a bird yelling at BD1

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? well hopefully by seeing the cutscene
What happens when the bug occurs? my game freezes and wont do anything and i have to close the game on task manager
What do you expect to see? i expect to see the game not freezing?

cutscene starts, game freezes about 5 seconds in. i change my graphics to low and still no change. my Pc is way above the recommended specs.
